I used this for one trip and the handle snapped quickly. It feels really cheap overall. I also reached out about it, but it felt like nobody even read my message

Took it on a weekend trip. Thought it would help me stay organized, but... not really. The compartments looked useful at first, then my stuff just kept sliding around anyway. Socks in one spot, charger buried somewhere else. Kind of annoying. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The ordering part went smoothly enough, so that was nice. Checkout, however, took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying. It worked in the end, but I guess patience is part of the experience

Sent the bag back. Thought it would be simple. It wasn’t. I’m still waiting on the refund, and every time I contact support, they just say they’ll check on it. Same answer over and over. It’s been weeks now. i’m done. Not ordering from them again.

I ordered from takeoffluggage.com thinking it would ship out in a few days... but nope!!! It ended up taking way longer than I expected, which was frustrating.
The tracking also didn’t update for a while, so I kept checking it myself over and over... not exactly fun!! The bag did finally show up, thankfully, but the whole waiting process was annoying.

The product itself was okay, nothing terrible or anything... but the shipping speed really needs some work!!! i’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something quickly.

I bought a bag from Take Off Luggage the handle was a problem from the very first trip. It kept getting stuck halfway up, and when I was pulling it through the airport it felt loose and wobbly, which made the whole thing feel cheap.
After just a couple uses, it started jamming even more, and that’s the kind of thing that really sticks with you when you’re already dealing with travel stress. For what I paid, I expected it to at least pull smoothly and function like a normal suitcase. Definitely wouldn’t buy from them again

I thought the bag looked good at first, but after just two trips, one of the wheels started wobbling and the handle already feels loose. You don’t expect it to fall apart that quickly, especially for the price. It’s not the worst luggage out there, but the durability is definitely disappointing

The zipper felt flimsy right from the start, but I figured it would at least hold up for a few trips. After only two trips, it started catching, and then it split open on me at the airport, which was just completely unnecessary stress. Annoying considering the price. I expected better and wouldn’t buy it again.

I mainly picked this up because the wheels can pop off, that’s actually been really useful. They come off easily and helped me save some space in the overhead bin. It took me a minute to figure it out the first time, but now it works just fine. I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered this from Take Off Luggage because the price looked good compared to a bunch of other carry-ons I was checking out. Shipping was okay... not super quick, but it didn’t take forever either.

The suitcase seems fine for short trips, and it gets the job done. I’m not totally sure how it’ll hold up after a lot of use, but for what I paid, I can’t really complain! It’s nothing fancy, just a simple bag that’s fair for the price

I packed light, but this still filled up way faster than I expected. Compared to my old bag, it feels like I’m constantly trying to make everything fit.

I thought this would be easy to bring along, but it ended up feeling really bulky and heavy. Carrying it through the airport was a hassle, and something simple like moving from place to place became way more annoying than it should’ve been.

It turns fine for the most part, but on rough floors the wheels kind of drag sometimes. It’s definitely better than... well, it still could roll a lot smoother.

They did end up helping me in the end, but the whole process was kind of annoying. The replies took a while, and the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t always sure what was going on. It was okay overall, just not as smooth as I’d hoped.

I was really hoping this bag would work, but it didn’t fit within my airline’s size limit. I had to go through too many steps checking the measurements, repacking, and trying to make it work, only to find out it still wasn’t compliant. Frustrating and feels like I wasted my money

The luggage itself seems to be okay, which was a relief, but the box looked beat up when it arrived. It was dented and partly torn, so I felt a little nervous opening it because I kept thinking something might be damaged or missing. Thankfully everything was there, but seeing the packaging like that didn’t give me the best feeling. I just wish it had been packed a bit better for shipping.

I tried getting help with a luggage issue under warranty, but it was just delay after delay and nothing ever got fixed. What made it even more frustrating was that I couldn’t seem to reach an actual person. It felt like I was stuck dealing with automated replies and getting passed around with no real human contact

I was just browsing around. Nothing too serious. The site looks okay in some spots, clean. But overall, kind of dull. A little outdated too. The bags didn’t really catch my eye with how they’re displayed. Not terrible. Just didn’t make me want to keep looking.
